Join Howard Bolter and Adrianna Shannon to discuss some troublesome questions in the “adverse action” analysis, such as:
- When is a failure to hire or promote actionable?
- What is the doctrine of futility?
- When is a charging party “constructively discharged”?
- What is “tangible” adverse employment action?
- Is a hostile work environment an adverse action?
- Are denials of certain benefits, leaves, or training opportunities actionable?
