The MSBA Labor & Employment Law Section is a co-sponsor of the annual Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute, which is held in late May each year.
Annual Labor and Employment Law Institute
The Fall Labor and Employment Law Institute, co-sponsored with the NLRB and EEOC, covers advanced labor and employment law topics. Attendees have the opportunity to discuss practice issues with experienced practitioners in small roundtable discussion groups.
