Meeting Notices
2009 - 2010 Term Year

The Council meets every second Tuesday of the month at 3:30 pm at the MSBA Office, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The following section-sponsored events and CLE programs will remain posted throughout the 2009-10 term year:

• September 15, 2009 - Join the MSBA Labor & Employment Section and the National Labor Relations Board for the installation of Marlin O. Osthus as Regional Director of Region Eighteen and a reception to honor Mr. Osthus.
• December 12, 2009 - Minneapolis Civil Rights Commission CLE
• March 10, 2010 - Labor & Employment Section Annual Mid-winter Luncheon | The ADA Amendments Act - One Year Later
• March 25, 2010 - Labor & Employment Law Student Reception
• April 8, 2010 - NLRB Casehandling Miscellany

All trainings will be held from 10:00 am-12:00 p.m. at the
MSBA Office (3rd Floor City Center, Mpls) and are free for attendees.
