Mediations
I have conducted over 80 employment mediations in the past four
years. Many of them concerned sexual harassment or discrimination.
I also have conducted several non-employment mediations.
Familiarity and Experience with State and Federal Labor
and Employment Laws
I have practiced employment law for 23 years as a specialist.
I am extremely familiar with the laws. I regularly teach CLEs
in employment law and recently taught the course at the U of M
Law School as a visiting professor.
Other Factors Relevant to Ability to Mediate Employment
Disputes
I represented clients in mediations throughout the 1980s and 1990s
in connection with the Rajender Consent Decree and other class
action litigation. These were all employment cases.
