Mediations
I have mediated over 65 cases. The typical case involves a number of claims and on occasion there are multiple plaintiffs or multiple defendants. Many times, the issues are complex or there are significant impediments to settlement.

Familiarity and Experience with State and Federal Labor and Employment Laws
I have practiced in the employment law area since I finished my clerkship at the Minnesota Supreme Court in 1981.

Factors Relevant to Ability to Mediate Employment Disputes
I work tirelessly to help parties find terms upon which they may settle. I listen well to each side’s position and try to assist them in understanding the benefits of settlement.
