Experience/Training
I was grandfathered in as an arbitrator on the original Rule 114 list of qualified individuals. In November 1995 I completed the 30 hour General Mediation Training Course provided by the Mediation Center for Dispute Resolution and the Dispute Resolution Institute. Since November 1995, I have maintained my status as a qualified mediator and arbitrator and have taken the necessary CLEs to do so.

Mediations
I have mediated approximately 20 commercial matters. The cases range from employment discrimination matters to a wide range of other commercial and business disputes including shareholder disputes and noncompete agreement disputes.

Familiarity and Experience with State and Federal Labor and Employment Laws
I have a general working knowledge of all the principal state and federal employment laws, although I am not an expert regarding them.

Other Factors Relevant to Mediate Employment Disputes
I have been the managing partner of my firm for many years. As a result, I have dealt with and resolved the numerous employment and employment-related issues which arise in the day-to-day operations of a business. In addition, I have extensive experience litigating a wide variety of business and employment disputes. This experience has contributed to broad understanding of and familiarity with the forces at work in employment disputes.
