I have mediated about a dozen employment cases. The issues have included sexual harassment, discrimination (race, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age), and FMLA related claims.

I have practiced labor and employment labor in Minnesota for approximately 20 years. I have conducted many CLEs, written and spoken on a variety of employment related topics, and have co-authored a book with Professor Stephen Befort of the University of Minnesota Law School on Minnesota employment law.
