Mediations
Conduct approximately 100-125 mediations per year, primarily in the employment law area. Cases involve federal and state discrimination statutes, whistleblower claims, contract disputes, commission disputes, employee conciliation, educational institution disputes, sexual assault and abuse, negligence and other torts.

Cases handled have involved amounts from less than $15,000 in value to multi-million dollar class actions and other multi-party complex litigation.

Familiarity with State and Federal Labor and Employment Laws
· Represent both employers and employees before state and federal agencies and courts.
· Practiced exclusively in employment law since 1980.
· Served as Special Master in U.S. District Court on numerous civil rights class actions, conducting trials, administering consent decrees, acting as settlement and discovery master and as mediator/arbitrator.
