The MSBA New Lawyers Section Presents
Legal ethics impacts every aspect of our legal practices. We are all familiar with the rules that establish our duties to our clients, to the courts and to our profession. Implementation of those rules in real life situations, however, takes dedication, reflection and practice. Ken Jorgensen, former Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility (2002-2005) and former Minnesota State District Court Judge in Washington County (2005-2009) will speak to the section regarding the application of the rules of candor, withdrawal from representation and contact within a represented organization. Please join us for this opportunity to explore the impact of these rules upon the decisions we each make in our daily practice.
