Outstate Practice Section

Final Report (December 23, 2011):
Recommendations of the Minnesota Supreme Court
Civil Justice Reform Task Force.

The MSBA Outstate Practice Section is designed for members who manage practices outside of the Twin Cities area.

In the past, the section produced a directory for outstate lawyers. Future plans include producing standard documentation for correspondent relationships among referring and associated counsel.

The Section Council is also currently working on a project titled "Outstate Counsel," which highlights the skills of attorneys practicing in outstate Minnesota.
