The MSBA Practice Management & Marketing Section Presents


"Get Clients Now!"

Deirdre Van Nest will discuss Playing to Win versus Playing Not to Lose and effective marketing strategies for attorneys. She will ask the audience to identify where their business comes from, i.e. which strategies have worked in the past, and encourage them to choose 2-3 strategies they will commit to focusing on in the next 8-12 weeks. Consistency is key! Ms. Van Nest will also have the audience choose actions they are willing to take, over the next 8-12 weeks, to market their practice. Handouts will include an Effective Marketing Strategies Flow Chart and a Planning Worksheet.
