"Working with the Client who has Diminished Capacity"

Join your Probate & Trust Section colleagues for a networking lunch and noon-hour CLE. The intent of the CLE is to provide information to attorneys to help them navigate the challenges of working with clients who may have capacity issues. Some of the issues to be discussed include: Professional responsibility obligations; Working with clients who may be resistant to receiving assistance; and How social workers or other resources may be utilized when working with disabled clients and their families.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
