Second, this serves as an in-depth study for the consumer who needs or desires this level of analysis. Finally, this serves as the official Report of the Residential Real Estate Committee ["Committee"] to the Minnesota State Bar Association's Real Property Council. As a report, this article focuses on the content, development, and rationale for Real Property Form No. 1, "Minnesota Standard Residential Purchase Agreement" and compares it to the Minnesota Association of Realtors® form, "Purchase Agreement."
