"Help, I Still Have Hearsay Problems!"

TRIAL PRACTICE AND EVIDENCE CLE SERIES
The Solo, Small Firm, and General Practice Section and the Civil Litigation Section of the MSBA invite you to come watch and learn from veteran judges and experienced litigators as we delve into courtroom arguments for motions in limine and evidence issues. This series will feature CLEs on March 15 and March 28, 2013 in the Minnesota Room at Dorsey & Whitney.

Still getting blindsided by hearsay issues, or having trouble keeping track of the 26 (29? 33?) exceptions to the rule? Our panel of judges will discuss the most common hearsay difficulties they see in the courtroom and how to avoid or overcome them.
