Please join us for the Solo and Small Firm Section Appreciation Event and Annual Elections.
This event includes a full breakfast buffet with time for networking, followed by Section Council elections.
The one-hour CLE will quickly get you up-to-date on the latest changes in Family, Civil, and Criminal Law.

Civil Law Updates:
Overview of the significant changes to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure and General Rules of Practice that go into effect July 1, 2013, focusing on new discovery rules, filing requirements, and expedited motion practice.
Criminal Law Updates:
Overview of developments from the past calendar year including DWI issues such as McNeely (and the U.S. Supreme Court decision on McNeely issued today), DWI minimum sentences, license revocation - review of latest rules, forfeiture - new rules, and a year-in-review of significant criminal law cases from Minnesota Supreme Court and Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Family Law Updates:
Explanation of the 2012 rule changes and the repercussions some are experiencing if they are not using the new rules.
