The MSBA's General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section Presents
"Do's and Don'ts in the Courtroom | The Judge's Perspective"
Please join your General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section colleagues for the Section's annual meeting, council elections and a "can't miss" CLE program.
Following lunch and the annual meeting, a panel of Minnesota State District Court Judges will share their advice for attorneys in the courtroom. Some issues which will be addressed include:
- Actions attorneys should take during a case;
- The many things an attorney should not do during a case; and
- Several tips from the Bench which will improve an attorney's chances of achieving success on behalf of their clients.
Don't miss this opportunity to network with your colleagues and learn from the Bench. Register by Monday, May 17, 2010.
Please note: the Section will conduct its annual meeting beginning at 12:15 p.m. The meeting will cover 2009-10 section accomplishments, 2010 - 2013 section council member elections and proposed changes to the section bylaws.
