Assessors, Appraisals, and Expert Witnesses in the Minnesota Tax Court

Mr. Martin and Mr. Haluska will review recent developments in the Minnesota Tax Court concerning the qualifications of expert witnesses in Tax Court, and specifically, whether assessors who are not licensed appraisers may prepare appraisals and testify in the Minnesota Tax Court.
