United States Tax Court


Please join your colleagues in the tax section for an introduction to the Honorable David Gustafson of the U.S. Tax Court, who will discuss Choice of Forum in Tax Litigation.  In particular, we will discuss the differences between deficiency litigation in the Tax Court and refund litigation in the Federal District Courts and the Court of Federal Claims.
